Roche Welcomes François Côté to its Board of Directors

 

Quebec City, May 28, 2015 – The Roche Group (Roche) is pleased to announce the appointment of François Côté to Roche’s board of directors.

Mr Côté is Chair of TELUS Ventures and a board member for other organizations. With more than 30 years’ experience in corporate management, he has developed recognized expertise in mergers and acquisitions as well as corporate restructuring.

Mr Côté is the third independent director to sit on Roche’s board of directors, along with Claude Rousseu and André Grondines, who were appointed last year.

“Mr Côté’s expertise and vision brings greater depth to the team of directors in place while being perfectly aligned with our company’s growth-oriented focus. In addition, he will help strengthen Roche’s best rules of governance,” notes Serge Dussault, Chair of Roche’s board of directors.
