Voluntary Repayment Program
The Corporation heading the company has issued a notice of intent under the voluntary repayment program set up by the Government of Quebec last fall.
This notice was filed as part of a rigorous process and in the spirit of cooperation, in view of a comprehensive and just settlement.
The company made this concrete gesture in an effort to look to the future. Norda Stelo, which received the AMF’s authorization to enter into public agreements in the fall of 2014, has implemented a series of measures to meet the highest standards of ethics and integrity. These include holding every employee to a code of ethics and conduct, setting up a confidential whistleblower hotline, implementing new internal control measures and appointing an ethics commissioner.
